Dispatch Times
We will dispatch your order as soon as possible (usually same or next working day). Please ensure you have entered the correct delivery details to avoid delays.

Out of Stock Items
We always aim to have all items in stock. On an occasion that we are unable to meet demand, we'll notify you within 24 hours so you can make another selection.

Delivery Charges
All orders will be charged for delivery at £3.95 per order. This will be a first class service (normally signed for).

Unopened items may be returned for refund provided we are in receipt of them within 30 days of you receiving them. They must be unused (unless faulty, see below) Return postage costs will not be refunded.

Faulty Goods
Goods that develop are fault are covered for 30 days Warranty with us. After this period warranty claims should be taken up with the manufacturer. The fault must not have been caused by user error or accidental damage. You will need to return the faulty goods to us for inspection and testing (or to the manufacturer/importer if outside our warranty period and expect repair or replacement from them). If a fault is discovered we will offer exchange or refund under our warranty. You will be required to pay return postage to us. We will cover the cost to send replacement goods to you.

Tanks & Drip Tips etc are not refundable unless they are returned in sealed original packaging. This is for hygiene reasons.

It is rare but sometimes coils are DOA (dead on arrival). Unfortunately it is very difficult to tell that a coil is DOA or to prove it wasn’t dry burned, dropped, or otherwise abused by the customer. All coils have a limited lifetime for use and must be regularly replaced. If your coil is not functioning properly it should be replaced. Coils (as well as clearomisers / disposable tanks) are classed as consumable items and are not deemed returnable or exchangeable for health and safety reasons. This applies if the packaging has been unsealed. Unless our staff determine that the item received is the incorrect item or if there are any other extenuating circumstances, no warranty is offered.

As a perishable item we cannot accept returns for e-liquids.

Lithium-Ion & Lithium-Polymer batteries in electronic cigarettes are similar to the batteries used across the world in everyday devices like mobile phones and are considered safe, but there can be personal safety risks if used improperly. All batteries sold by us have gone through extensive testing and most models have a built-in protection circuit, but it is vital to keep the following points in mind to ensure that you are using your batteries safely.

  • Use the On/Off feature when your electronic cigarette is not in use.
  • Only use the charger supplied with your product. Different batteries use different chargers.
  • Never leave charging batteries unattended unless you are using a charging safety bag.
  • Never submerge batteries in water or expose to extremely low or high temperatures.
  • Safely dispose of batteries once they have reached their end of life (WEE Derivative).
  • Always carry loose batteries in non-conductive containers, plastic or cardboard are fine, and never with metal/metallic objects such as loose change or keys.

Please note: If you have purchased a battery from a company that is not The Magician’s Mod, and use that with a product purchased from The Magician’s Mod, we are not liable for any issues caused due to a battery fault or improper battery usage.

Batteries are covered by our 30 day warranty (manufacturer’s warranty may be longer than this period but we make no claims of such).
